A:
Repetitive and the bass is just the thing from the sample pack but besides that there are some interesting sounds. It ends really abruptly and also the tempo change is off putting.

B:

Damn this one puts mine to shame lol. Really interesting use of the samples pretty crazy tune.

C:

Not bad… but a bit repetitive and pretty straight forward. Also feel like the samples could have been used a bit more creatively.

D:

Gonna start off by saying I’m not a huge fan of straight up dance music so take this with a grain of salt.
It’s really repetitive and I feel like the hook could use some improvement. But I could see this being played at a club with some more refinement.

Yeah, kinda gutted Beta and Delta ended up in the same group as they’re by far and away the two standout tracks of the whole thing for me.

Beta has that Boxcutter glitch style thing going on, Delta I can fully imagine playing in a club and not having it be out of place.

alpha: a little underdeveloped, i like the droney noise in the background
beta: nice chops on that break, hearing a lot of interesting use of the samples. i liked that string-y melody bit, should be louder
charlie: reminds me a bit of like early 2000s breaky dubstep. it’s a little on the raw/ruff side but i think thats also what gives it its appeal
delta: a little over reliant on the ak47 clip sample, also the delay on the piano hit makes it a little too busy and crowded imo
