Potentially
Crack Bong rmx, a rip from dubplate? I dont think so, it should be your cut sounding poor for some reasons, mine is crystal clear, and you re the very first that I see talking about the bad quality of the vinyl. The digi on versionās bandcamp dont show any signs of dubplate rip signature either
Hm. That is unfortunate. Now when you say it, I donāt remember if itās the Crack Bong rmx or Natural Charge that sounded a bit off. Need to check it again. Never had any probs with other Version releases, got a few.
Chrispy- Predator (Cyberoptics remix)
Big percy this, causes absolute carnage in the dance
this was a dub for so fkn long
I feel like this dnb-sound design type dubstep doesnāt really exist as much as it used to. 1985 is kicking about but itās not on the same wavelength.
Yeah lol. There was a time when every DJ at a night would drop it in their set.
Yeah I feel like that sound pretty much ended with Tempa ending and Youngsta no longer doing his Monday show. Was a bit done to death by that point tbh.
Do know what you mean about 1985. Couple good tracks on there but to me it just sounds like everyone else on the label is trying to make tunes that sound like Alix Perez tracks so not a whole lot of variety in terms of sound design
I so rate sub basics, everything they do is such high quality, up there with the very best imo
Iām 99% sure itās not
Digis sound clear for one.
iām more disappointed about the 31 bar intro
like⦠ffs
Thatās a vinyl rip i believe, most of the other DMZ stuff he put up seems to be legit digis.
think sleeps might be thinking about midnight/woman, which was a bit⦠yeah
About that I just learned how to properly mix Mala Eyez lol. For Crack Bong remix I figured quite quickly but for Eyez it tooks me a while ^^ because of this damn missing or extra bar in intros
Eyez I think you count to 4 then drop it in. Donāt think Iāve figured crack bong remix out yet as Iāve not really played it all that much. Should probably play it more though
Oh for Crack Bong its simple but weird to explain. It same kind of thing, you must wait before drop it, but dont need to count beats in your head. In the intro there is just the first bass missing "ādum dum dum duuumā or something, then the clap. Instead of counting beats, just imagine the bass in your head and then drop that first clap of Crack Bong RMX at the good moment.
For me one of the worst is Kromestar and Danny Scrilla - Like Thunder because its 1/2 or 1/4 beat or something to wait (i dont know how to describe) its not really easy, im sure its like that cause I get a perfect thing few times but I dont master it really, very often I get something lamely lol
No I rectify. The track with the intro that I will never understand is Commodo - Crooked Law. I give up! I love the intro but I dont know how to include it in a mix without get something fucked up. So the most of the time if I want to mix Crooked Law I skip the intro
for like thunder you can go off the percussions in the intro, it starts on the second beat
crooked law has an extra bar in the intro, commodo does this here and there
Right there are those tiny percussions in Like Thunder intro that help, my biggest issue is my warped plate that I can barely control if my drop need a bit of correction.
Anyway thanks that works really better, I m able to mix Crack Bong remix into Like Thunder into Crooked Law now ^^
easy now!
