yeaaah he’s awesome dude. makes the beats and engineers all his own releases. and every EP/album is different in its own way as well

Gonna listen to more. Fantastic stuff

Thanx to @swerver (I think), I discovered Chiei Hatakeyama a couple of weeks back. Been listening to most his releases steadily since. Last listen:

It wasn’t me tbf, unless my memory has completely gone lol, nice tho

whole EP is nutso

is this the norwegian guy? his EP on lit city trax is one of the best sounding music and perfectly captures that “wavey club traxx” aesthetic. hasn’t aged a bit imo even though it’s such a product of its time

Oh man SO good.
The subtle reverb on the claps in Kyoto is giving me a boner

nice one I havent heard some of these till now

Fuuuuck I used to rinse this so much + the Silver Cloak EP back in the day. Such fun music. I remember when I still used to use Spotify I downloaded a 3rd party EQ plugin, played the Drippin remix of So Clean and I’d drown my eardrums in bass.

This one’s also an old classic. While this strain of club music is a product of its time, Her Records really encapsulated something special.

this album will never die 4 me
