Loved the chord progressions in “When We Were Young”. Were you going for anything specific on the “drops”? I felt like they could have used a little more “impact”. By that I mean a little more up and down movement energy wise. Good work, keep it up!
Thanks John for your input. I wanted to keep the first drop funky, melodic but “danceable” and the second festive and bright but totally different. Ah, so both drops lacks dynamic range. I have been working on this to keep my songs interesting from start to finish. But will keep polishing things over. Thanks again man!

Hey nice tracks!! On the first one I would layer the chords on the drop with huge saw stacks. It really doesn’t matter which vst you use, but make sure you can change the unisons (I recommend 16) to make it sound fatter and specially if you can detune them (if not you can do it manually on the oscillators). That’s really the only thing I wanted to say to be honest I think you’re tunes definitely have potential so keep it up!!!
