I just got some Kef Q150s on the cheap to put next to my tv, i set em up temporarily on my Heresy II’s paired with a Crown XLS 1502 and they genuinely sound better than the Heresy’s in this space and at the low volumes I have to listen at. Im genuinely extremely impressed by them. I think the heresy’s would surely decimate the Kef when it comes to high intensity listening but vice versa the Kef excel at smaller, nuanced listening in a way that I didn’t expect. They manage to get pretty low too without the gross fake lowness of most small speakers.
and yes, I have maybe the only factory pair of these specific white heresy II’s ever made. No one I’ve talked to, or inquired, actually even knows why they exist or how. Only that the construction is actually Klipsch with some head scratching
