XDJ-700>CDJ-350 unless you want to play CDs
Agreed with what @AxeD said, not that the full size CDJs are the greatest and sturdiest feeling piece of hardware, but the 700s just feel like some very overpriced plastic, even though they do the job. The jog is especially meh.
I’d go for 2nd hand CDJ2000mk1 / XDJ1000 / CDJ900 - depending on your budget. 850s are cool as well, but no link, probably not a huge deal if you’re just using them yourself, but annoying when more people are involved

Getting really tired of my Push 2 not wanting to connect to Ableton at random intervals. And now my digitakt is acting up as well, won’t properly connect/sync or anything USB-related. Working with a hybrid/ITB setup is fun when it works, but not when it does not half the time.
How are they connected? Straight in the computer or thru a hub

Are you on PC? Sometimes it helps to check for new drivers for the motherboard’s usb
To individual usb 2.0 inputs on my computer. Push 2 will most of the time only load to the Ableton logo. And today the Digitakt wouldn’t even communicate with the Overbridge Engine.
That being said, seemes like a restart fixed it. 
Still tho, keep thinking it would be nice to have at least one more piece of hardware for jamming purposes, and mainly use Ableton for recording/arrangement and effects etc.

Think i mentioned it a while ago on the forum but probably didn’t describe it very well.
Only way to properly clean records is to get one of them machines that costs thousands.
This is the cheapest bit of kit that will do a job just as good i think.
We use ultrasonic baths to get dried up lacquer off parts at work, like industrial shit and they work.
Aslong as the vinyl isn’t physically damaged then it will work a treat, do 3 records at a time, pretty much back to brand new.
Found someone from China doing them too but i dunno

Anyone on here who uses either a model:samples or a model:cycles?
A friend is looking for a starter drum box and I reckon the samples would be a good fit, but I’ve only used their ‘analog’ products.
