What a shame. Man’s been on a lot of unreleased tunes, no wonder nothing’s been happening with them. AFAIK though I think he’s been planning something on Tri Angle for a while though, he’s been signed for quite a while on the label. He once said on Twitter that his next release would’ve been released between December 2014 and August 2015, but it was way overdue for some reason.

The Circadian Rhythms show on NTS is big for this sound, everyone from Mssingno to Tom E. Vercetti to Forever to Dark0 guesting on the regular. Not that you don’t all already know this. Big shoutout to Last Japan and Blackwax.
IMO, this Mssingno release is one of the strongest EPs in recent times. ‘Fones’ is stunning, and probably the closest thing to perfect he’s put out so far. I get this might sound like hyperbole, but it really did remind me of my first time listening to Burial.
After Loom’s European Heartache EP on Gobstopper, the next release will be an EP by Odeko, 12" and digital.
