I saw today a shirt of an alien with four eyes in the shapeshift of a wizard. It was no wizard though. A wizard is a sacred character and great power he has! Alien wizards (aka stoner wizards) are no wizards at all. No disrespect to aliens either.
Some absolutely insane technical flexing, making proper art, on an 8-bit computer from 1982.
The demoscene never siezes to amaze me.
Adobe so shit these days
Seems like a pretty standard set of terms to me. Pretty much every platform where people put their stuff will have similar clauses no?
Theyâre not spying on you using Photoshop like OP seems to think.
Thereâs no camoflaged Adobe sleeper agent watching you fail to name your layers for the billionth time.
No theyâre just trying to own anything made in PS, probably training some shit AI, Adobe have been crap for a while but all the subscription/SaaS t&c overreach is getting a bit much, esp when itâs âwe own your creative outputâ lol
Second to last line in the second picture says that theyâre using machine learning to improve their services and software, so 100% this
I think itâs more referring to any work stored on Adobe cloud servers rather than work specifically made in PS. I mean, how could they even know what is and what isnât.
so a youtube channel who does deep dubstep wants to upload 3 of my tracks which is fine but they want cover art too. im not an artist and have no experience nor want to design pictures what do i do should i just say you do it? or do i sound like an asshole
am i safe using stock photoâs or is there some legaility issue with it or something copyright etc
Heed to the Lordâs Word. Make no mistake, wizards and aliens are the minions of Satan. Once again I see you drifting further away from God with these obscenities.
Stock images will have a watermark unless you pay for the license to use them.
Iâd just tell them youâre not a visual artist, so theyâll have to get someone else to do the art.
yeah iâm going to say this to them cheers
Iâd be more worried about the copyright of your music dude.
hopefully should be ok i got the original files but i always worry about that yeah

Adobe gonna steal all ur shit
Scroll about 10 posts up.
And also this only applies to things saved in Adobe cloud. So just save your shit locally. Swear ppl get so wet in the pants over this shit. No one cares Sasha, go save your artisan coffee shop logo someplace else.
Terrible take lol, such a race to the bottom with XaaS nonsense, such a cynical model having the creators of a tool own anything itâs used to make. This is why ppl steal stuff (which in turn forces more idiot companies to recoup with awful ideas like this)
Itâs a heinous practice no doubt, and i entirely am against it. But just save your shit elsewhere
Iâll bet any designer bitching about this has an IG account for their art, or behance, or twitter, or any of thise portfolio sites. Theyâre no different. Remember about a year ago when everyone started posted those faux-legal mumbo jumbo posts telling IG they did not consent to them âowningâ their posts.
You think Adobe need to recoup anything? They have near absolute monopoly. Itâs not like the old days when we all had cracked versions of PS from Pirate Bay.
Now if Adobe implemented a system that could capture an image every time someone pressed save, and then said they owned that image, yeah Iâd be pissy about it. But this isnât that. And as I said, I AM against this current practice.
you often take this side of indifference when it comes to corpo shenanigans and although your own indifference might feel a bit âcenteredâ or ânobleâ to you - this mindset has created a massive creative monopoly in adobe. Studios and designers not just making stuff âfor igâ dont really have another choice at the moment. If you think you, as an end user, will not be affected by this down the line then you are delusional.
also, adobe has been pushing âAIâ longer than the mainstream term has been around. Its a two-fold combination that is purely anti consumer and has been for a very long time. If you dont think they have been trying to removing or trying to minimize professional artists from the equation in an effort to seemingly boost their own value, you have not been paying attention. Who cares anymore when we can all do advanced image manipulation without even having to understand it?
The tools are great when applied (sometimes), but we are in a global race to the bottom in terms of creative economy by design
