ffs its been like 6+ months i keep postponing pulling the trigger on my redeye reserve because i add another pre-order release to it, was planning to do it when they receive the new las on innamind, now looking like i’ll have to postpone again until end of august

:joy: i could never wait that long, if I get like just one pre-order ready for delivery on redeye I pull the trigger usually. Living in the UK makes it less painful on the shipping ofc, but I reckon even if I lived in NZ I’d still be tempted

I can keep reserves for like 3/4 months if there’s nothing I’m desperate for. Idk how tf people go anything beyond that. Heard of some people waiting like a year or more before shipping

there’s also the tricky problem of timing it so my gf isnt at home when i receive yet another big batch of records and i dont have to justify why i spend that much money on obsolete slabs of plastic

but fr, its not like i play out that often and even when i find the odd gig its mostly to play house or disco, so not in a rush to receive the latest dubstarp stuff

Have one of the newer releases on vinyl, but I pretty much listen to mostly digital music and went bananas trying to hook up my stereo. Awesome music though, and I’d rather not break my record player trying to hook it up right now.
