Gonna have to be 2 & 6 for me.

Mainly 2. Wanted a bit more alternating of the baseline in 2 but it made sense

Really great tracks. 1-3 were, imo, the strongest, 4 and 6 were fantastic as well. Mine was, uhhh, underproduced.
Still really happy with the rhythm/time feel of mine, tho

Thanks for listening, y’all. Happy with how mine turned out for this one, went for a stuttery 2-step ting as I usually do, haha. Almost didn’t use any effects in the final mix, but had to spend like 2 sessions on just mangling, resampling and layering the samples to get some good sounds out of it. Happy with the snare sound especially. I completely dropped using a limiter on the master, had a few clipping samples on some drum peaks, but those just get cut hard when exporting to 16-bit wav anyways, so why bother, haha? If you can’t hear it, you can’t hear it eh?

Nice. I voted for your’s and syrup’s

My tune was pretty much all furnace, with a bit of sound design in reaper, then added a bit of fluff to it in reaper afterwords that it probably didn’t need.

I’m really loving the groove feature in furnace. Think I’ve finally got a good system for it, and can do some cool stuff.

I need to get better about resampling stuff and just layering up my audio in general. I always want to, but am just lazy

I know I’ve said it before, but you should check out Renoise dude. It’s definitely much more suited to what you wanna do, than Furnace is. The groove feature basically works in the same way there, although it might be a bit more manual work. It’s a very tracker-specific thing, it’s not unique to Furnace.

Yeah, I’ll definitely get it. Maybe I’ll try to get into it before the next competition
