Yup, but it’s a manual switch. The only ableton-native stuff that I know of that has an lfo with gate-retrigger(ish) function are the lfos in the Sampler instrument.

Yes, exactly. Momentary switch that only retriggers the lfo when you click it.

can you map it to a macro knob where the knob is on/off and just leave it at on? or just automate it be on?

Yeh, just MIDI map the on/off button.

I have this old Korg NanoKontrol that you could map the buttons to be momentary triggers. Unfortunately I cannot get the software to work in Windows 10. The hardware works though, the way that I previously mapped it.

Have both of the NanoKontrols but been lending one of them to a friend that has used it in Ableton. He broke a couple faders, but it’s still fine. Still on W7, mostly because I’m being worried by issues like this.

I had legit windows 7 and microsoft automatically updated my os to windows 10…without even warning me, which broke loads of stuff, didn’t have to pay for the inconvenience either
