I have an app called Beat Droid on my phone and before that I used my Kaoss Pad.
I played a hard d&b set once and there was a Kaoss pad next to the turntable that the previous DJ had not turned off. So each time I tried to adjust the pitch slider on the right turntable my hand would activate the kaoss pad. I clanged about 4 mixes before I realised what was going on.

I have a modular synthesis question but i might not be able to ask it right over the internet on such short notice.
What kind of module has a similar function to the switcher function of a mixwitch by klavis? I’m not asking that you begin searching for mixwitch by klavis. I am experiencing the problem of wanting to be precise in my modular configurations. Maybe too precise for the time of being.

You need to fit those subs right in the pocket.
I’m not sure what the problem was, I tried a few things with the sub and receiver off, then tested. It was either the cable was plugged in to the wrong socket, or a setting on the receiver, or everything just needed a good old power cycle
I’m talking about the sub-bass. Tuck it in or it will swamp the mix.
Sometimes I will sidechain, sometimes not. I tend to play the subs inna one drop style.

Yeah, I really need to work on my mixing in general, but I know my sub mixing is garbo for sure lol. I usually try and either make it so that the sub either has its own little frequency pocket, or it just doesn’t really play on the same instant as the kick/other low end.

Sometimes I’ve had this problem but it’s just that the sun is way to loud and I’ve been turning it up because I like bass lmao
