So sick
Edit lolol, I’ve clearly been ‘finding’ this for a while .
looooool you’re not entirely wrong…
Now I fart into AI sound doodads and they turn em into DnB bangers. Srsly.
Nice reverb-y break at the beginning of this
Classic video. The whole Zaytoven palette is so unique - he resisted the whole sound of trap getting meaner, more fashionable and more cinematic in the 2010s, kept using carefree pluck noodlings and organs and swaggy little negative space pauses
Such an American south style
Nice.
yo can anyone dm a place where i can get plugins you know totally paid for and definitely not for free
coz i lost all my plugins when i reset my pc
mainly looking for valhalla vintage verb and uh the soundtoys ones like decapitator as well as kontakt/massive if poss
Funtcase, he leaked some Blade-2 VST & SUBBOOMBASS 2 VST by Rob Papen Inspiration Soundware
Also, I’ve heard, that the big venues usually demand pre-recorded sets. This software here seemed top notch back when I tried being a DJ. Maybe it’s still super legit
@knobgoblin os it worth splitting up a track and running it through the digitakt. Except sub bass. The compression is sick on it. Just know I need to break it up into smaller than 100+bar chunks as I know the digi compresses files and I’ve noticed loss of audio quality the longer and more complex the samples are
I love the Digitakt compressor, it’s pretty vibey. I guess it depends. On OG Digitakt I wouldn’t want to loose stereo on all my stems. The hard drive is also kinda limited so I guess it depends on how much space you want it to take up. On DT2 for sure, on DT1 maybe
Strudel stuff looks so fun
I can make enough space for the stems even if I need to work on the tune in parts (like loading up the first half, recording out and then the next.) the goal is not for live but for a track im working on so maybe stereo issue can be fixed inside ableton(/?)
proper gave me fomo on the digitakt 2. I considered buying one after reading ur post but dunno if I can justify buying a new box just yet.
best I can think to do at the mo is divide the tunes stems up into qtrs and work on it bit by bit, export and move on.
just trynna condense as much of it in the cleanest sounding way so when I overlay my drums (which I have breaks exported to which ill load in to the digi, sidechaning the rest to a kick n snare track) and the bass lastly.
gonna have a crack at it see where I get too.
Still getting used to the analog heat which is an amazing tool but very unforgiving if you push it too far when you want clarity
Also
Digitakt 1 sample pool size per project: 64mb
Digitakt 2: 400mb
Bought a 2nd hand Scarlett focusrite and can’t get it to work. It lights up I get a second of sound and then nowt. Installed and uninstalled the drivers loads too. Ended up switching the power down when idle to off for the USB in advance power settings. Cos it uses USB 2 and my inputs are all 3.
Now wondering do I buy a usb port for a tenner to see if that’s the trick or assume it’s a dud and take it back.
Installed all the free vsts all ready so I’m already quids in off it but could do with an interface cos I can’t use the analog overbridge plug in smoothly and have it as my audio output too
My sp808 would crash on midi triplets sometimes. It was probably the most tedious way to organize samples imaginable too. I’d midi in an external drum machine to avoid using the pad triggers. Should have just got an akai, you can play those like an instrument and it’s not a struggle to get a clean loop.
I’m taking it back. Got it to play for a few minutes and it keeps cutting. Frustrating
All those plugins shagged live and now it keeps crashing
It’s all backwards-compatible bruv, should make zero difference. With that said…
… it’s more likely something is fucked with your USB inputs on the laptop, since Overbridge and that keyboard of yours do not work over USB either. If I remember correctly.
Sounds like you got a booger in your L2 cache bro.
