I mean he’s impressively prolific, placements with huge mainstream hits and like DJ Lucas or whatever underground guy next. So in that sense not “just an internet guy”.
But his tunes with almost any sick underground guy are never their best ever. IMHO of course I’m sure I rate some producers and rappers others think are gash
