So i thought this was Japanese rapper Ralph, on the count that his Spotify links to this event, and its a lgbtq+ cross dressing pop act Ralph.stubhub refused to refund but told me to relist.

Turns out spotify aggregates concert listings through some sort of feed with no vouching for accuracy whatsoever.
