It depends tbh - I don’t have as much use for it because I own a hardware analog synth, but if I didn’t then this might be an ok alternative. The biggest advantage to the plug is being able to control how noisy it gets, which you can’t do on the real thing.
I bought it because ultimately I was like what the fuck, it’s a buck.
I def don’t have any shortage of analog emulation software or analog hardware.
I like it so far. I like that you can combine two parts so you can make two different synth patches and blend them. I was kind of intrigued that this was made for Pro Tools originally. I mean, I don’t think that Pro Tools are really known for their synths, but what do I know, I don’t use Pro Tools.
