I kinda wanna buy this since I don’t own any of these tunes, nobody ever plays Pulse X around here and the beats are rough. BUT my credit card doesn’t go through on whitepeach.

idk, whitepeach seems to do it’s own thing fairly often. i reckon the owner sought out the repress because are youngstar or musical mob active at all? so i kinda doubt it’ll be available elsewhere.

What? Why? Think Zha’s gone for his own version of AWD/Haunted? It’s not like all record labels made a deal to retire #007 forever and raise its sleeve to the roof of the shelf.
huh? i didn’t mean anything to do with it being 007. just that it confirms it was white peach that made this happen. and it’s good that it happened obviously. i just think it’s a bit weird when record shops and record labels mix… kinda like buying glasses at an eyedoctor’s office, if that makes sense?
point is, they can manipulate the industry and increase their own sales because they also have a stake in the industry (see fanduel/draftkings), which i think is iffy on principle but it’s probably not a big of a deal (or a deal at all) in this case. i’m just saying i’m not sure how i feel about it. i just hope youngstar/MM sees the profits (or whatever the fair share of them is).

still a big Channel U fan boy and life as a Grime fan consisted of
playing the newest instrumentals on my phone in the playground.
There have been endless amounts of remixes of ‘Pulse X’ and it got to
the point that the new generation didn’t even know who made the
original. We took all four original tracks and gave them a light
remaster for this new 12".
‘Revival’ is the instrumental version of Dizzee Rascal’s ‘Stand Up Tall’ and two versions of ‘Formula’ are on the flip. I am now working with artists that I grew up listening to. This isn’t just a release for me, this is a privilege. Thank you to the hundreds of people that have pre-ordered already! Release date: 16/11/15

Could’ve done the same with Chemical, Clone, Idle Hands, Honest Jon’s, Sounds of the Universe… Record stores operating their own labels (and vice-versa) is very common nowadays. Plus, as I stated above, the record isn’t limited to the White Peach store. You can cop it off Redeye, Rwdfwd and probably at other stores, too.
okay it’s all good chillax i’m not attacking white peach.
i’m not thrilled about rwdfwd, idle hands, HJ’s doing that either. i’m not familiar with the other stores you listed.
i’m glad it wasn’t limited to white peach, that’s great, and i hoped youngstar was involved in it / seeing the profits and apparently he is so all good
