cool stuff, personally it would sound tighter if the snare had the same clarity as the woodblocks, hats and percussion 
It’s getting lost in reverb, could try bussing the reverb and low cutting 400-800/1000hz whatever works for the sound, maybe a little high cut above 5-10khz (You can add a compressor after the reverb on the bus channel, altering the threshold to retain, or emphasise, the burst/space of the reverb, while keeping the clarity of the original hit).
Or try layering a different snare/block over the top of the existing one? Maybe just a new snare in the arrangement, as well as the current one?
