Finished up this one.
And just picked up this GameBoy cartridge. Shipped from Ukraine in 11 days, not bad. Gonna see if I can get LSDj onto it, also gonna use it for homebrew ROMs made in GB Studio.

@hubb This is the reverse-lens macro technique. I’ve showed it before I think. You can get cool shots like this, but it’s hard.

I’ll post the technique stuff when I find it again, it was some cool tips with how he used photos and computers to test out stuff before then drawing these test ideas back in with hand - like very meticulous and detail oriented

Got this new sketchbook a few weeks ago, here first page.
Made some additions to the lower part yesterday, just making shit up as I go.
Also tried to render some tree bark today with brushed acrylic ink, black ink brush pen and some highlights with coloured pencils. Shape of tree is wonk, but the bark looks very barky.
