Benga speaking about his mental health issues

no wonder he has a lot of good and not so good tunes, but on a serious note, bipolar is horrible, one of my mate’s sisters has it

Just got a chance to read all of this. It’s interesting. I spent some time helping out at a mental health hospital. I feel for they guy because I know what that life can be like. Seriously saw a few things that made me want to tear my eyes out in that place.

@MorrisJessle Sorry mate but you seem a little miss informed. If anything nuSD5 is under exaggerating. I know being homeless is high up there on the mental and emotional pain scale… but believing your life is the plot to ā€œinsert favourite scfi horror moveā€ is in another league.

For these people finding a place to live or a match to their socks for the morning are on different place on their list of prioritys.

I can’t really knock Benga on this. Love and life if hard enough on it own without expecting him to live in the spotlight with his situations. People are bound to have questions and he answered them. So props on that.

Anyway out to you MorrisJessle on standing for the homeless.

I don’t follow.

What part?

Is imposible to become bipolar from drugs, i think there are two options. Or he used to have bipolar disorder since the beggining and psychodellics druga made it worst or he got dementia from extasis/coke, the cocaine addictions simtoms are the same of paranoid schizophrenia

Diagnosis rates for black males in western countries are shockingly high tbh.

Resident Advisor has a bares-all chat with Benga about his return to music and the pitfalls of his mental breakdown.
