Calling out producers for having presets as signature sound?

wait what was the preset in changes?

the ‘la la la la’ etc bit

if so that explains why it was in that game tune as well…

it aint what u got it’s what u do with wot u have imo

I use presets all the time, jus tweak em to my specific needs

personally i’m of the belief that if you’re not coding or patching a synth from scratch, then you don’t deserve to use it.

what’s with all these kids today selling out and buying big-name shit like Make Noise, Pittsburgh, and Doepfer modules for their modulars. If you can’t solder, you shouldn’t own a hardware synth.

the only time an album has any validity is if the artist was left against his will in the forest with an axe and matches and able to construct a computer using available minerals and code his own os/framework, invent his own keys/scales, and then develop a compatible communication network that taps into satelite internet to upload it to the Beatport (the only, edm TRU-SHOP).

lazy tbh, real truhead would also invent his own internet, satellites and beatport
