I really want that Sheraton, but a mic and a glockenspiel with some percussive stuff would be cool

I got an eventide space and it’s really fucking amazing
Those eventides sound so good. I would love to get a space.
what’s a good piece of gear to do stuff focused on velocity? where the pads are very sensitive to incoming strength/weakness
I like my padkontrol
My mpd18 suffice
Maschine’s pads are second to none, IMO
Did you do the electrical tape trick with your MPD? I heard the pads are shit unless you do that.
I accidentally a Machinedrum MKI…
I got a padkontrol for 60 quid second hand. The pads are sick straight away! They are very sensitive to velocity so I often turn the sensitivity down on reason
Just got a Doepher Dark Energy 1 and a moogerfooger murf together for $200!
Nice! That’s a bargain.
That’s a steal
My good friend just got accepted into a masters program in Berlin so he’s downsizing the studio before the move.
He’s got an insane modular set up too which makes a lot of his other gear redundant in his mind; I’m not complaining!
He’s pondering getting rid of an elektron machinedrum uw as well, fingers crossed.
The dark energy I’m buying is actually the first ever outboard piece of gear I ever used, excited to have it in the collection for some bonus nostalgia.
That’s awesome! I’ve gotten cheap gear from friends before they moved, it works out nice sometimes.
heh…I wouldn’t care if I were moving into a one room closet…I’d figure a way to keep it all…even if I had to sleep under a desk in the cords…
Looking sumit simple to run out of the box just to add some character to softsynths. Was thinking a delay or filter if anyone has any ideas, budget is about £150.
Also still trying to shift my AX80 if anyones in the market - preferably in London for pick-up:
honestly unless your budget is about ten times that…for something like a Culture Vulture…I’d look into something like Fabfilter Saturn…maybe something gritty and 12 bit fx unit…honestly at that point I don’t think it’s worth the hassle
