It ainโt happening for me, man. My storytelling instincts snuck into this. Over the past couple days, I realized the story this thing is telling is not compatible with the Cosmic Mystery of CRNTHB and idk how to bridge the gapโฆ you have to cut me out of this competition.
Iโll share a preview of the tune as it is currently, but Iโve got to be real, this ainโt no CRNTHB, so donโt include it in the collection. Iโll share it in a wee while.
I am grateful for the experience, however. Your competition encouraged me to do something I havenโt done in ~8 years or so. I havenโt made any kind of electronic music in that long. Back then, I was using FL Studio with Sytrus on Windows. Now, Iโm using Ardour with Zynfusion on Linux. Back then, I had no concept of microtuning, but now I canโt help but use it. Things are different now and I was scared of having to learn a new workflow from the ground up. Fear of the process kept me away from here for years.

I know there are some big rhythm problems here. Iโve gotta re-record the entire percussion part, because thatโs the first thing I did on this track and it doesnโt fit the meter very well. But also thereโs just things that donโt come in at the right time; either a littlle to early or a little too late.
