nice, sleeping beauty is my absolute favorite sun ra record, enjoy it! if you like that laid back vibe the antique blacks and lanquidity are pretty similar.

Sounds like the record store I used to work at, Zion’s Gate Records. I was the first employee there, when we started we were all about sound system culture from Reggae/Dub to dance music. I know they have gone down a more Metal path over the last several years. I left in 2005, so I don’t think anyone but the owner would remember me there.
that’s it! i literally just got back from there haha. it has about 50% metal but still one of the best selections of jamaican music i’ve ever seen, they’re pretty nice guys too.
