Gotta cut it at the zero-point of the wave to avoid popping.
That or adjust the envelopes accordingly
yeah listen too pokus some editors have a zero crossing option
Done both those things but it’s not fixing it.
V weird. Think I’ll try remaking with a different cycle
Put up arse? Sorry not v technical : /
Did that too and lost my sub up in colon somewhere. The vibrations make my willy tickle.
since it’s only working on 1 frequency (a sub sample), phase relationship doesnt matter. as long as its bounced before pitching
Yea ofc cutting the wave at the zero crossing point would be best but if ur just making a sub a lpf just above the frequency of the sine wave will pretty much smooth it out
im probably using the wrong terminology i ment if you cut a kick and turn it into a sub by looping. say for example sine wave goes up and ends with up it will click and if it ends down it wont or opposite cant remember. thats what i ment.
so can even zero cross it or do it a weird way.
high pass the sub 10hz 15 20 etc will change the starting phase point but has it downsides and can sound weird if done wrong. or just lowpass it probably easiest but sometimes that dont work
yeah i agree sometimes still pops sometimes.
@sleeps you sure there aren’t little quick fades in and out like 3ms attack/release? Like the default fades in Reaper?
Yeah I even put ms worth of fades in. The clicks aren’t uniform either so I have no idea whats going on. Ill try get a video later
That’ll do it haha
I’m always torn on whether I should just make a song with whatever sounds I make from the samples, or if I should try and go for a particular “sound”
Looooooool
While you’re in there redrawing fft points might as well get creative and give it some pepper.

@sleeps As usual been too busy handling my fucked up everyday life, any chance for a re-upload of the pack?
Sure thing, updated the link in the OP
DSF ReUp Comp lol
Every time
I’ve got a few different things going but nothing I’m really happy with. Considering scrapping what I’ve got and starting again ![]()
